Bà Petra Playfair
Thành viên sáng lập
Petra Playfair là một chuyên gia luật di trú vô cùng tài giỏi với hơn 45 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nhập cư và các vấn đề đa văn hóa. Bà thành lập PLAYFAIR vào năm 1988, xây dựng một công ty luật nổi tiếng với sự tận tâm hỗ trợ cả khách hàng cá nhân và các tập đoàn trên toàn thế giới trong việc di cư đến Úc. Sự nghiệp của Petra bao gồm vai trò cấp cao tại Tổ chức Dịch vụ Xã hội Quốc tế, nơi bà hợp tác với các cơ quan của Úc và quốc tế để giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp về gia đình và người tị nạn giữa các quốc gia. Bên cạnh những thành tựu chuyên môn, niềm đam mê cuộc sống của Petra còn được thể hiện qua sở thích lướt sóng bằng thân người (từng là nhà vô địch Úc), yoga và trượt tuyết. Cô bắt đầu mỗi ngày bằng những buổi bơi biển dài 2-3 km đầy sảng khoái, thể hiện cam kết của mình đối với sự cân bằng và sức sống trong mọi hoạt động.
Ông Richard Nguyễn

Richard có hơn 8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành dịch vụ tài chính và tư vấn. Anh bắt đầu sự nghiệp chuyên nghiệp với vai trò tư vấn quản lý rủi ro tài chính tại Ernst & Young Việt Nam. Sau khi đến Sydney (Úc), Richard tiếp tục sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ tài chính, làm việc cho một công ty kế toán và thuế. Richard cũng là giám đốc của một liên doanh bất động sản chuyên bán các bất động sản tại Úc cho khách hàng chủ yếu là người Việt Nam. Richard mong muốn sử dụng kiến thức và mạng lưới quan hệ của mình để giúp khách hàng của PLAYFAIR ổn định cuộc sống tại Úc bằng cách đóng vai trò là người liên hệ chính cho tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến bất động sản và kinh doanh.
George Lombard

George Lombard is a Principal Solicitor at PLAYFAIR and a highly esteemed expert in migration law, with more than 20 years of experience as a registered migration agent. Recognised as a Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia, George has contributed extensively to the profession through training and Continuous Professional Development for MIA members since 2003. His expertise spans a vast scope of visa types, including but not limited to global and distinguished talent visas. A former Legal Officer with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, George has also served in the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department and as a Social Security Appeals Tribunal Member. His commitment to social justice is evident in his work as a Consultant for the Australian Council for Overseas Aid and in his publications on Australian migration policies in The Canberra Times. Admitted to the roll of Barristers of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1985 and later as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory, George graduated with Honours in Law and holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Law. George is a member of the national board of the MIA and has been a member of the Board of STARTTS, a leading refugee therapy organisation in NSW for 26 years. He speaks Bengali, German and French, reflective of his dedication to effective information flows between government departments and the migration advice industry. As a passionate AFL supporter, George continues to await the elusive St Kilda premiership with unwavering hope.
Alex Kaufman

Conversational in Mandarin, Alex serves a diverse clientele, further broadening his reach. Angela’s longstanding interest in international law, human rights and its interaction with Australia’s domestic legal framework underpinned a successful transition from a career in insurance law to PLAYFAIR. Angela now works manages PLAYFAIR Legal’s Corporate and Private Client Team. She is the first person our prospective clients hear from because she coordinates and provides initial immigration advice, so that people who are planning on migrating to Australia may commence their journey through the labyrinth of migration pathways. Angela has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Social Science at the University of Western Sydney and completed a Masters of Global Law at the University of Sydney. Jack Sheerin is a dedicated Registered Migration Agent with a strong background in law and human rights. His journey began as a paralegal and administrator at PLAYFAIR, whereby, seven years of hands-on experience inspired him to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law at the Australian National University. Admitted as a Registered Migration Agent in 2015, Jack has since become a key contributor to the field of migration law. Jack has played a significant role in preparing and lodging Temporary Protection Visa (TPV) and Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV) applications for the Commonwealth-funded PAIS program. He has also been deployed on taskforces across New South Wales and interstate, showcasing his adaptability and commitment to assisting vulnerable clients. Currently, Jack manages PLAYFAIR’s Victorian office, overseeing the provision of immigration advice and services to individuals with high needs under the PAIS system. Jack has a strong background in hospitality, deepening his knowledge of the governance of corporate business structures.
